Discreet Delivery From Unihorn

Your privacy matters. All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.

UK Delivery

We dispatch orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays are sent the next working day. Delivery options are available at checkout, and parcels are shipped via Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

European & International Delivery

European orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped using Interlink. All shipping costs are based on item size and weight and are shown at checkout.

Please be aware that orders placed from outside the UK may incur additional import duties or local taxes. These charges are applied by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

To start a return, contact us on +44 (0)1636 595943 or at sales@unihornofficial.com for a returns form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear.
