Easy Returns

At Unihorn Official Store we hope that you'll be very happy with the products you purchase from our online store. However, we understand sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back! In the event that you are not happy with any product you've purchased from us, we will be happy to issue a refund provided the item is returned to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and in an unused and sellable condition

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it to us, please first contact a member of our friendly customer services team on 0333 700 4470 or email sales@creativeconceptions.co.uk We will provide you with a returns form to complete and return with your order.

Once your purchase has been safely returned to us, one of our customer services team will be in touch by email to notify you of any refund made by unihornofficial.com (please note any payments or refunds taken by unihornofficial.com will be referenced as “Unihorn Official Store” on your bank statement).

Processing a refund

All returns requested by you will be refunded within thirty (30) working days of unihornofficial.com receiving any unwanted goods or products.

Refunding any delivery charges

Unihornofficial.com reserve the right to decline any vouchers codes, special offers or online offers at anytime. If unihornoffficial.com deem it necessary to remove any codes, you will be notified and offered a full refund as a result of this.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 any customer purchasing items has the right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) working days If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your online order, you may contact us by email at sales@creativeconceptions.co.uk

When returning any unwanted goods or products provided by unihornofficial.com, the products must meet the following criteria, as stated below:

• The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging
• Any items purchased from the unihornofficial.com website must be unused unless faulty.
• Products must be undamaged and in the original state when shipped to the customer

Any seals or packaging broken on any items or products purchased from the unihornofficial.com will not meet the returns criteria made by unihornofficial.com and therefore will not be entitled to a full refund. If, for any reason, your item is faulty or damaged when you receive the item or product, please feel free to contact us on sales@creativeconceptions.co.uk and we will be more than happy to ship a new product free of charge.
